Having only received my new dentures today I am so pleased with them. I cannot thank Stella, Julia and all the staff for their professional care and expertise.

Hygienist Cathy was brilliant in all aspects. Very comforting, pleasant and very professional.

Excellent. Friendly, very professional visit. Everything explained and completely felt at ease.

My 6 month follow-up appointment with the dentist today was good, however, I feel the receptionists could do better.
I did not know that I needed to pay for the follow up appointment. I was not asked for payment at the reception when I booked in. in fact, I had to come back much later during my wife's appointment to ask the reception why I was not asked for payment.

This was exactly the same experience with my pregnant wife's appointment later today. She was not asked to pay by the reception when she booked in. She had thought that this was so because she was pregnant and would qualify for free nhs dental appointment; however to her surprise, was called back on the phone after the appointment to request for payment.

We had to drive all the way back to make the payment, the stress of which could have been avoided if the reception had asked for the payments.

For a similar scenario to play out at different times of the day, it suggests the process of collecting payment needs to be reviewed.

Why couldn't the reception simply directly ask for payments right at the point of book in. or better still the practice make a payment option available online prior to the appointment?

Very good experience. Pleasant staff. Made me feel at ease. Kept me informed and are always ready to give advice.

Was supposed to be a deep clean, 30 minutes. Took 5 mins and I couldn’t notice a difference

Tom is a wonderful dentist. He is very gentle and explains everything easily.
