The care and treatment provided by the dentist and her nurse was excellent.
The questionnaire that I had to complete before I attended my appointment was extremely annoying. It was too long, mainly irrelevant, and extremely annoying. I appreciate that background medical information is required but the “big sell” was way over the top. As an elderly gentleman, I do not really need someone asking me about my smile. Ludicrous.

Hygienist no problem.
Dentist not so happy, I thought they should cover their mouth with a face mask, didn't happen, in and out minutes tops, usually see Stela told reception to keep me with Stela.
Been coming to this dentist 20years.
Felt a bit let down today.
Charged 86 pounds, 3 mins with dentist.

I’m quite anxious before appointments due to a bad experience at another practice many years ago. I joined the practice when it first started. The dentist & hygienist were professional & offered advice etc so I felt less anxious.

Lost part of a tooth which made that side sensitive, got a cancellation and within 1 hour of contacting them I had a temporary surface applied to the tooth which stopped the sensitivity and an appointment for a replacement filling. The best, 5+ star.
