Dentist was the most gentle dentist I have ever had and kept me informed in a calm, quiet
manner at all times.
Attended for this appointment to be told it was cancelled, I had never been informed, in fact I had received a reminder. Person at reception arranged another appointment and I was told it would be 30 minutes. I had been told when I booked the cancelled appointment would last 50 mins

I was treated with kindness
My appointment was an emergency one due to an abscess occurring. I was seen the same day I called the surgery. From the initial telephone call right through my appointment; I was treated with kindness, empathy and respect. Thank you to all staff for making me feel so welcome and worthwhile.

My family ( 3 of us) attended for check ups and I also had scale & polish with the hygienist. My daughter has quite severe autism and doesn’t like going to the dentist. I have to thank the staff for everything they did to make things easier for her. I can easily recommend this surgery.
