Alex is the best dentist I have ever had. I am still over the moon with the results of the braces I had a few years ago. I always highly recommend him to people I know. I actually enjoy visiting the dentist.

A very understanding dentist
As a very nervous patient, I am always so relieved to turn up to my appointments and have a very understanding dentist who has a patient and kind manner and listens to any concern I may have and who will also explain clearly any treatment needed or give advice.

My experience
I have a very strong complaint, the questionnaire on my phone is rubbish. I tried 7 times to fill it in and had to get a code every time, I don't wish to have that again, much rather have a phone call. I am not the only one to complain please sort it out.

Everything was explained well
My appointment was on time, no waiting which in turn reduces patients' anxieties.
I was greeted so nicely by both the oral hygienists.
Everything was explained well with no judgment and my teeth are the cleanest they have ever been even though they are not the best teeth.
Finally I was given choices.

Highly recommend
I have been seeing Tom, Principle Dentist, for 20 years and as always he is professional, courteous, knowledgable, and always has time to listen to the patients concerns and provides advice.
Would highly recommend Oaklands Dental Practice.
I also so the hygienist. He too is great, and always puts the patient at ease, explaining the procedure before and during the consultation.
