Talked me through my treatment options
My dentist Dr Alex, is always very caring and talked me through, throughly, my treatment options. I Was given an excellent scale and polish and also great care and advice from Charlotte my hygienist. I always leave with an exceptionally clean feeling and looking mouth.

Welcoming, put me at ease
My arrival was acknowledged politely, my wait time was minimal, warm surroundings, excellent treatment by a lovely friendly hygienist and assistant, they are both very welcoming, put me at ease, very thoughtful during the treatment.

I find all the staff are polite & friendly. Always see the same dentist who does only what is required including a clean, without pushing other services.

They are always reassuring
I actually usually enjoy coming to the dentist and hygienist at Oaklands. They are always reassuring and I leave feeling encouraged.

Excellent dentistry
Excellent dentistry, more than happy with my experience in the clinic room. The reception staff could be a little more happy to see customers. Under the reception desk that is patient facing is full of cobwebs and would be easy to miss by cleaning staff but can be seen by patients. I’ve noticed this a few times, it needs a good clean.

Gave my teeth a thorough clean
Hygienist gave my teeth a thorough clean and recommended which tepees to use. Also saw Stella and checked all my teeth and no problems at the moment.
