Left 2 voicemail messages over 2 days as had mild toothache but no-one phoned back. 3rd attempt I waited. After explaining I was offered an appt next year. I reiterated I had toothache so after a very convoluted conversation eventually got an appt for the following week. Receptionist asked to update my records. I did say I had changed my gp as I thought it may be required. Receptionist laughed and said "this is a dentist we don't need to know"! On visiting the premises and watching I did wonder if they had had any training.

Welcomed and seen straight away. Dentist was engaging and purposeful in his communication. Took the time to explain. Managed to see the hygienist as well, she had a fantastic manner and made me feel relaxed. Hygienist also demonstrated a better way to brush my teeth and gave me a voucher for 67% off. Great start to the week.

I was very impressed
The staff were very polite and efficient. I have been coming to this dentist for 40 years and every time you are greeted with a smile and go in to see the dentitst on time. My dentist today was new for me but I was very impressed by her professional, yet kind and reassuring nature. Thank you.
