The lady who treated me was lovely. Very honest and clearly explained the next possible actions.
Unfortunately though I feel my experience would have been better if she and her assistant were more prepared and organised, looking around for items needed for my treatment all the time trying to find in other rooms, etc .

My new dentist is lovely

My new dentist Tasneen is lovely and has restored my faith. She is polite, caring and explains everything in an understandable way. After having an awful experience with my previous dentist and being made to believe that as an older person I should “Manage my expectations”, it is refreshing to feel valued. I am glad I complained and was offered a new dentist.

4 teeth implants

I recently had 4 teeth implants fitted by Tom at Oaklands Dental Surgery. Tom explained the procedure very thoroughly prior to my appointment.
Based on the information I was given
I decided to go ahead with the implants.
On the day of my procedure, Tom and Jo were incredibly kind, gentle, professional and reassuring.
I was delighted with the results.

Amazing

Alex is amazing and whoever is in the scary room, not like my dentist when young. The reception team are great too. From the service I receive, you are the best. Although I like the treatment plans, I still have a long way to go but I understand there is no magic wand involved, just patience

Makes me feel safe and secure

All the staff are lovely and are continuously supportive. As a person who is very nervous around dentists in general my orthodontist makes me feel safe and secure while I am there and will always explain everything before giving any treatment. I cannot fault this dentist in the slightest. They have been amazing with me.
