My only concern on the recent visit was the wide gap between seeing the hygienist and my appointment with Stella. However, this is not my normal experience and the visit was highly professional and efficient as is usual. Well done.

Excellent service

I came for a checkup on the 18 /10/2024. Only waited 5 mins before I received my checkup. Very good, clear and informative on any potential problems. Checkup done and all finished, excellent service.

Thank you very much for getting me in at short notice. I had severe pain lower jaw. Receptionist was very understanding when I rang and booked me in that same afternoon.
An abscess was diagnosed and xray taken. Reception found me another early appointment and I was prescribed a course of penicillin.
Thanks to everyone who helped me at Oaklands especially the young, and bright receptionist who got things going.

My experience

The dental check up consisted of a glimpse in my mouth lasting at most 3 minutes. I was then informed that I would receive an appointment in the future with a hygeinist. The cost was over £26, which I feel was excessive.
