Having experienced a hygienists appointment with Simeone, I found it a painless and nice treatment. No gagging (ok a little) my fault not Simeons. Very pleasant, relaxed with him, would recommend to any future patients.

I don’t really have a lot to say other than I came in for appointment, I was seen by Stella and my teeth were given a good examination, there were no problems. I am on a low income so this pleases me that I’m not paying a large sum of money.

My experience
Removing cash as a way of paying is a really bad idea, before long we will become a cashless society, the reason you told me you didn’t take cash anymore was because you don’t have the facilities to keep it. Well you must’ve removed the facilities you had in place as I’ve been paying cash for the previous 10 years without any problems. A courtesy message or email may have even helped and soften my anger. I did notify your customers of the change!

My visit with the hygienist today was excellent! I’m very happy with how Charlotte cleaned every tooth especially the hard to reach areas when brushing. I prefer her to the previous hygienist as she wasn’t as thorough as Charlotte. I’ll be booking with Charlotte again next time. Thank you.
