I can highly recommend Oaklands Dental Surgery. Dr Tom Gacesa and his assistant Jo were very professional, efficient, and friendly. I have had implants done and I am more than happy with the results. Everything was explained to me clearly and nothing was rushed.

Excellent service
I was contacted regarding my availability to attend an appointment that had been cancelled by another patient. The receptionist (Sophie) was polite and friendly.
My appointment with the hygienist was on time and the hygienist, Mrs Jefferies, was friendly, professional and attentive, explaining all of the treatment to me during my consultation.
Excellent service from all concerned.

First class service
My Maryland Bridge fell out on Tues 8th Oct and I contacted the surgery and was delighted to get an appointment four days later on 11th October. As usual Tom and team provided first class service and advised that a repair/restoration would need to be sent off but would be returned within days. Sadly the first available refitting appointment is one month later 11th November. So disappointed.

My experience
The dentist did not know anything previous to my appointment, did not know if I had braces previously which I think is something they should know. I felt pressured to start buying a treatment that were not deemed necessary which I inevitably did not take. I have now had 3 different dentists in 4 years, from going from Mike Jolly from birth to now dentists that do not want to know anything about you.
