I was seen on time
Appointments were fot the hygienist and dentist. I was seen on time for both, and both were very professional and informative.

Friendly receptionist, lovely clean, bright waiting room, my dentist, Tom Gacesa, excellent as always and his nurse Jo, a ray of sunshine, a very enjoyable visit!

My experience
The dentist worked efficiently without causing discomfort. Would prefer better communication though - explaining each step before she did it instead of while she was in the middle of it. Happy with the end result, good work.

Oaklands Dental Surgery
Very polite and efficient overall. My regular Dentist knows you by name which I don’t how they remember everyone, it helps ease you. The practice is gold standard for me and the family and lucky to have been using them for years.

Can't fault Tom and his lovely dental nurse. Patient and reassuring as I'm scared to bits.
Recently went private with Tom because struggled to see different NHS dentists.

Always makes me comfortable
I think the team as always are friendly, smile, nothing too much trouble. Alex is my dentist, always makes me comfortable and tells me I look after my teeth. Which makes it nice to be told that. He is good, takes care with what he does. I would trust him if he felt I needed to do more with my teeth ie chips, cracks, fillings etc.
