My experience

My appointment began late because the dentist arrived late and walked through reception.
The dentist had her back to me reviewing my records when I went into the clinic room. She did not turn to welcome me or introduce herself.
I found the consultation brief and not particularly personable.

Oaklands Dental Surgery

I gave been a patient of Oakland's for many years now and I can honestly say I've never been more satisfied. The work carried out is always to a very high standard with explanation throughout. I've always found all staff at the practice to be extremely helpful, polite and accommodating, in brief an excellent service. It would be difficult to say what could be improved. Full marks to all.

Dr Tom is very professional and knowledgeable specialist. He answers any questions I have, is very patient and kind. Treatment went very fluently with Dr Tom taking me through every step and making me feel comfortable and relaxed.

A good experience

The staff were very good with the workers at the reception being very helpful and easy to approach and to speak to when checking in and booking my next appointment. The dentist I saw and his assistant were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and the experience was a good experience with no issues and the queries that I had were answered quickly.

Took time to explain
