The best service and approach you could wish for. I advised I was feeling quite anxious as I sometimes struggle going to the dentist. The Hygienist was amazing, took his time to have a brief chat to calm me down and made me feel that I was in full control. Bonus was some great music playing in the background too!

I was booked in for an appointment with a hygienist. His name is Mr Birchall. He is lovely, caring and always explains what he is doing.
Both Mr Birchall and Lucy were professional. Hope they stay at the dental practice.

Exemplary service
I have been coming to Oaklands for twenty nine years, now. If i moved away from Lancashire, i would still stay with Oaklands. I feel in safe, professional hands. Stella is always respectful, kind, explains exactly what she's going to do and is careful to make sure i don't feel any pain. The other members of staff always have a cheerful smile and i always leave feeling like i've been thoroughly looked after. I'm so grateful for the exemplary service i've received for nearly thirty years. Thank you.

I had a review of the previous problem - an abscess below a worn tooth. A further course of antibiotics was arranged and we discussed future treatment, possible removal or root canal to preserve the tooth. The latter was agreed and a new appointment made. All very easily explained without fuss or bother. Very happy.

Been coming for over 20 years, always thought service was excellent. Welcoming and professional reception staff, Julia has warm and reassuring professional manner. I have 100% confidence in Stella who takes time and trouble to explain treatment, answer questions, and excellent treatment.
