I had the procedure of teeth whitening carefully explained to me by Meg, who was very patient with me, answered my anxieties and questions and helped me to feel much more confident and enjoy the experience and look forward to the results! When demonstrating whitening trays, Derek was relaxed and took his time, as ever, and said that I was doing really well, which was lovely to hear. I cannot fault the skill, care and understanding of the team at Christchurch Dental.

I am grateful to Barbara at Christchurch Dental for a second and thorough session concerned with how best to care for my teeth and gums. It's given me a clear idea as to what needs to be done to restore healthy gums and teeth.

Today went really well.
Both ladies on reception met me with their usual smiles and happy natures.
Today was seeing Basha regarding my gums.
She was excellent. Her natural enthusiasm is lovely. She explained what the session would involve. She put me at ease. We did whatever she required and she explained every step.
She then spent time talking through my current routine and showed me in practical terms how I can do even more and better.
She advised me on all the equipment and wrote out exactly where I have to use what on each gap which has really encouraged me to do better and reach the targets she has set me.

System efficient and competent hygienist.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Christchurch Dental Practice while getting my denture. The team always makes me feel so welcome from the moment I arrive and the care I’ve received both before and after treatment has been exceptional. I am absolutely delighted with my denture and the difference it has made to my confidence. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Yesterday evening while I was eating dinner, unknowingly, the side of a bottom molar fell off, which I clearly ate and knew nothing of it!! After investigating the now peculiar feeling in my mouth I realised what happened. My dentist i discovered, is closed Fridays, not open until Monday 8.30am! I'm having a hip replacement early next week and wanted a non invasive solution to my problem. So I called Christchurch Dental Practice. What a wonderful team. Firstly, I'm not a registered patient, but they were sympathetic to my situation, and offered me an appointment this afternoon. From the greeting when I walked in, to everyone I saw, they all smiled 😃 and the fantastic Dr Ash who has done a temporary fix on my broken tooth to see me through my hip surgery, and hopefully to when I'll be able to return for a permanent fix! His nurse also was so friendly. This has to be the nicest, friendliest dentist I've ever been to. Thank you so much to everyone who I saw today. I am now a patient at Christchurch, and have now left my previous dentists.....that's what happens if you close on a Friday! 😉 exceptional service, thank you again.

I’ve been a patient here for many years. It’s always a polite and pleasant experience with the dentist and hygienist. I tried the new Airflow system for the first time and I am happy with the results.

Trust is so important. Over the last thirty years or so this nervous dental patient has been coming to Christchurch. They haven’t disappointed. They help me to relax because I trust them to do a good job and understand my concerns. They care.

Booked home call with Becky at the Practice, she is so caring and takes everything on board you have to tell her.
