Two recent appointments
I had two recent appointments at Christchurch Dental Practice. The first was with Kirsty and her colleague Meg. All went really well. I am grateful for their care and attention during the treatment and for Kirsty's helpful tips to improve further my gum health.
My second session was with Dr Ash and his colleague Holly. I appreciated their professionalism during the dental examination and Dr Ash's careful explanation of the next steps required in my continuing treatment. Many thanks.

Had to make an emergency appointment as I had a large filling come out and are due to go on holiday the next day. The receptionist was very helpful and made me an appointment for midday to see a dentist. Was seen promptly by a very professional, polite and understanding dentist who talked me through what he was able to do and when finished gave me some paperwork to give to my own dentist. Would highly recommend this practice.

I've been visiting Christchurch Dental Practice for a just a couple of months but already, after years of being nervous, every one of the staff at the Practice have made me feel welcome, comfortable and at ease.
A very smart, clean, professional and modern Practice.
A 2 hour appointment today and Abdullah and Holly were exceptional, they explained everything and went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable. Even the big boss popped his head around the door.
Finally a dental practice that I can stick with!

Regular Care
I recently attended Christchurch Dental Practice as part of my Denplan cover. This included a session with Jesse and Barbara, for hygiene care and a check up with Dr Ashe for any tooth issues. It was found I needed treatment to repair an old 'filling'. A couple of days later I was offered an appointment which I attended yesterday. The friendly, personal care I received made the whole experience so positive and the clinical skills and range of sophisticated equipment available ensured I received the best possible outcome. I am more than happy to recommend Derek Van Staden's practice for the very best dental care.

Everyone made me feel calm
I was feeling anxious leading up to dental surgery in preparation for a dental implant. However, the experience on the day was much better than anticipated. Everyone made me feel calm and explained the process in stages which was very reassuring, resulting in a successful outcome. The healing now continues ready for the next stage at a later date.

I’m a nervous patient, however I needn’t have worried, they are extremely patient and understanding. They tell you what needs doing and devise a plan to suit your teeth. Very impressed, would definitely recommend.

Met Kirsty today, my 1st hygenist appointment with her, she was wonderful, patient, gentle and kind, saw Derek, he has time for each and every one of his patients and I always feel at ease with him, thank you too Poppie on reception, every phone call is answered with a lovely greeting and always asks me how I am.
