Emergency appointment
I went to the Christchurch Dental Practice on an emergency appointment as I had a very painful cracked tooth. I was seen within two and half hours from a phone call to my own dental practice where the dentists were both on holiday. I found the experience very good. All the staff were very friendly and extremely efficient. The dentist I saw was very caring and talked me through all that was going to happen and listened to all my concerns and asked me if this is what I would like to have done.
My overall experience was very positive. Thank you very much.

First class care
Excellent.
My treatment has been ongoing over a few months and the care has been first class. At each appointment the treatment has been explained to me and all the staff have been kind and considerate. Attention to detail is outstanding.

Brilliant service
Thank you for such a detailed hygiene appointment with Kirsty. Every possible aspect seems to have been thoroughly covered and discussed with me at the same time.
My appointment with Dr Derek Van Staden was equally thorough, allowing me to know exactly where I stood now and what to possibly expect in the future. He and his dental team are just brilliant and I really recommend them highly.

The staff involved explained what would occur during each session, both before and during the actual process of treatment. Things went smoothly.
