This was carried out yesterday with the usual excellent technical expertise and care I have come to expect from Christchurch Dental practice over the last 20 plus years. The whole team comes highly recommended.

Being somewhat apprehensive I was made to feel more relaxed as everything was explained thoroughly. Dr Samuel was so kind and considerate, telling me what she was doing and the dental nurse was extremely kind and reassuring too. I couldn’t fault them.

Thorough and helpful
Had a check-up and various x-rays followed by discussion with DVS. Very thorough and honest appraisal.
The hygienist was also very thorough and helpful recommending more in depth investigations.
This review was much easier to gain access to, previously the software had prevented me from providing a review so glad this has been changed and simplified.

Permanent crown fitting
I can’t recommend Christchurch Dental, and Dr Ash in particular, highly enough. He has been patient, calm and caring as well as exceptional in his treatment and knowledge. I had prep done today for two permanent crowns - a lengthy appointment. Dr Ash explained the procedure clearly and made the process as stress free as possible. I had all the options explained well in advance and felt confident (as a nervous patient!) in the care I received.

Helpful and courteous
Everyone from the person who took the initial phone call to the receptionists on arrival, the dental nurse and orthodontist were excellent, very friendly, helpful and courteous.
Wonderful to find a practice open on a Saturday, to get an appointment and to get the problem fixed.
I would have had to go to A&E otherwise as the broken retainer was ripping my tongue to shreds.
