Derek and the dental nurse were considerate and communicated clearly to ensure I felt in control, offering reassurance. Their professional and personable manner resulted in me leaving the practice feeling reassured.

I don't tend to do reviews but I do feel that the team deserve all the praise under the sun! So pleased I joined and wish I did it sooner. Ash and the team have been absolutely fantastic from day one! Its probably the first time in my life I can say that I am actually happy to go and see my dentist!! He was very pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in my teeth.
The camera and up close views of my teeth was new to me and is a wonderful way to see your teeth up close (and personal)

Recently I had a root filling from the mid 80's refilled and a crown fitted by Derek. It's one of those things that I wonder why I hadn't had done so much sooner, guess I was worried refilling wasn't possible and I didnt want to lose the tooth.
Well I can safely say getting this root refill and crown was one of my better decisions.
The root filling wasn't the easiest for Derek as there was a broken implement in one of the roots, from when it was first filled in the mid 80's. I think getting that implement out made Derek's day, I know it made mine.
The whole team at Christchurch always go out of their way to put the patient first and are always a pleasure to deal with.

Needed an appointment at short notice which was accommodated the next day. Excellent reception team, nursing staff were fantastic and Dr Ash was superb. Very clear with treatment plan and cost. I cannot recommend this Practice highly enough!

Earlier this year I had a tooth root filled and the level of care and precision was excellent. More recently, my hygienist appointment was also very professional and stress free. Everyone there, makes one feel very welcome. The very strict protocol they operate for protection from possible Covid transmission gives great security to both patients and staff.
