Excellent treatment

I have been a patient since Dr Derek van Staden arrived at the practice and have always received excellent treatment from a friendly and welcoming team. I had an implant fitted over 10 years ago and it made a tremendous improvement to my eating experience by protecting the previously exposed gum.
With the practice expanding, Dr Ashvin Babbar now treats me and has performed fillings and crowns, all procedures were fully explained and painless. The practice has the latest high tech equipment eg 3D photography to create crowns and digital photos to show tooth defects and signs of future issues.
Jess Gridley is my Dental Hygienist who explains how I can improve my brushing and plaque cleaning techniques with demonstrations so I fully understand what to do.
The Patient Co-ordinator team are fabulous, very welcoming on arrival and arranging appointments.
The level of service is exceptional and I would like to thank all the team (not forgetting the Dental Nurses) for making my visits and treatments painless and a happy one

Treated me with kindness and respec

I am 90 years old and my teeth are now an embarrassment in spite of my best efforts in trying to keep them clean. l recently saw Ash as a result of a broken tooth.
He treated me with kindness and respect. He explained very professionally exactly what needed to be done. l was put at ease and the treatment was pain free. l left the practice reassured and feeling much better about myself
