Fabulous treatment for all the family. They make young children feel very comfortable as well as the adults.

visit to hygenist went well. good efficient treatment. only criticism is having to wait on the pavement outside could be very uncomfortable in inclement weather particularly with the approach of winter etc.

Exceptional, Professional, Caring & Welcoming! As a new patient of the practice (and a nervous patient overall), I could not recommend Christchurch Dental Practice highly enough. I have the pleasure to be cared for by Dr. Ash. Every step of the way I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed and in control. Dr. Ash is bar far (in my personal opinion) the best dentist I have ever had! My Hygienist Laura was wonderful, knowledgeable and gave fantastic advice.
If you are anxious, nervous or ever had a bad experience previously, I would recommend to you this practice! Dr. Ash & Laura and the Practice itself, has me for life! I could not thank them enough for the high quality of care, and understanding that they have shown me.

After calling around every possible local dentist to no avail, I Called 111 to confirm that I had an abscess, they then referred me to Christchurch dental surgery for a telephone consultation, after calling and leaving a message I had to await a call back, which didn’t take as long as I was expecting, the man I spoke to (forgot to get his name) was incredibly helpful and seemed to actually want to help me, which I was really appreciative about as all the others were really unwilling to help despite being my local ones, he prescribed me the antibiotics I needed and had it sent to my local pharmacy here in needham market, a minor hiccup happened somewhere as the pharmacy said they never received and after another phone call he told me he had called them direct to sort it out and that it will be there ready within half an hour!
Cannot thank him enough for his services, helpfulness and even the care he had for me, even if it was just over the phone!

Note- moved just prior to lock down and cannot register with any dental practise till after and my usual one is back in Essex!

I have been a patient at Christchuch Dental for many years. I have recently had root canal treatment with Dr Ash. I cannot praise him and the team enough. He is totally professional, courteous, kind and always taking time to explain. I would highly recommend this practice.

I have been a happy and satisfied client for many many years and have just had to have metal dentures made. First class and friendly service from Ash(Dr Ashvin Babbar) who has taken great care to ensure a correct and comfortable fit. Thank You.
19/03/21 I stand by my last review but unfortunately my experience yesterday was not so good. I arrived on time and then had to wait 50 minutes in a draughty but covid free waiting room before I was seen. It was a routine appointment for a dentist and an hygienist. I never saw the dentist nor did my wife with a similar appointment. We have paid for private dental treatment for many years at this practice.
19/06/23 It is all good again. As I have said before my wife and I have been clients of this practice for well over 20 years and are very pleased with the friendlyness and treatment we get from all the staff. Particularly from Ash for the last few years.

Excellent practice, great team and really high standards. Very happy to recommend them.

Excellent dentistry and first class advice.

I can thoroughly recommend Christchurch Dental. I am a new patient and I have had my initial consultation with Derek, followed by a hygienist appointment with Anna and another appointment with Ash. Everyone I have seen so far has been absolutely amazing - so kind, considerate and caring. They have so much time for their patients, they explain everything in simple terms and I even had a phone call in the evening to ask how I was. I don't think I will ever be able to say I enjoy going to the dentist, but Derek and the team certainly make it as comfortable as possible. I really wish I had joined them years ago! Thank you :)

Excellent in every way. I called as an emergency patient and was seen the same day. The receptionist was lovely, follow up was really caring, the dentist was a really nice guy and his work was excellent. I had a chipped cosmetic filling replaced, which I've had done a few times by a few different dentists, and this time was by far the smoothest procedure and the neatest result. Highly recommend them!

Thank you !!! After root canal treatment with another dentist on Wednesday I feel horrible pain. My dentist don't have time !!!! But Christchurch Dental give me appointment same day on SATURDAY. Do everything properly, give me antibiotics and day after pain gone. All staff are friendly and helpful. 3days after my appointment...they are called me and asked how I feel. Can't recommend enough.

A GOOD EXPERIENCE ALL ROUND FROM THE MOMENT YOU WALK IN THROUGH THE DOOR. A WARM WELCOME FROM THE RECEPTIONISTS. A BRIEF WAIT IN THE WAITING ROOM, AND THEN INTO CLEMATINES CHAIR TO BE TREATED WITH CORAL ASSISTING ADMIRABLY. THEN ONTO THE 6 MONTHLY CHECKUP WITH ASH, AND SOME GOOD SOUND ADVICE FOR ME TO TAKE AWAY. ALL IN ALL A GOOD 45 MINUTES SPENT.

As a new patient I was very happy with all the staff and the service provided by Christchurch Dental Practice. My only regret is that I never registered earlier. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and, being very nervous of the dentist, everyone was so understanding and did their best to reassure me. As I hate high-pitched sounds, Derek very kindly put himself out to provide me with headphones and some great music while I needed to see the hygienist for a clean up. Not like a dental surgery at all as everyone is so nice. After only 2 visits, my dental phobia is disappearing fast and my mouth and teeth feel wonderful! Would thoroughly recommend to anyone nervous of the dentist and everyone else too. Couldn't wish for a better dental surgery. Thank you so much!

Have been seeing Derek and his team for close to 10 years now (time flies!). A few things make Derek stand out:
- I always know what's going on. Some people might not want to know but it's is important that I am not just sitting in the chair with my mouth wide open!
- Professional and courteous
- Latest technologies - you don't feel like that you are being seen from someone in the dark ages!
- Follow-up care: perhaps one of the most important aspect - I never feel that I am left alone after an important procedure.

My entire family goes to see him. If that's not a positive testimony I don't know what is!

As an extremely nervous patient who has avoided the Dentist for the last 14 years, Christchurch Dental has been brilliant. From my initial booking to the treatment I have received so far, they have been so accommodating, considerate and patient; ensuring my experience has been as comfortable and stress free as possible. 5 star professional service. I recently undertook treatment to have my teeth straightened using Invisalign, and some final cosmetic work to repair some damage to my front teeth. Throughout my treatment Derek and the Team were very supportive, and took the time and care to ensure that I was happy with the final result. Overall, I am extremely happy with the outcome, and would highly recommend Christchurch Dental practice due to the great service I have received.
