Had a 6 monthly check-up with Dr Babbar and appointment with the hygienist Jess last week followed by a separate appointment for two side fillings to repair worn tooth near the gum. On both visits I received excellent care and attention.
The two side fillings have made an enormous difference, I was shown the before an after photos by Dr Babbar.
The procedure itself was painless and the steps explained to me.
I've been a long time patient at Christchurch Dental Practice and always found the team very welcoming and friendly. Poppy on reception is always cheerful and efficient arranging the appointments.
Overall the experience was outstanding; thank-you.

I have been a patient at the practice for many years and have watched it expand over the years. Derek and his staff are always attentive and take care to fully explain the procedures they propose and give alternatives where there are any. The expansion of the practice has aided getting emergency appointments when necessary and many specialist procedures can be dealt with inhouse but where not Derek recommends those that can deal with the work.
The care is exceptional as once when travelling to SE Asia I developed an issue at Dubai and Derek happily responded to an email with a picture of the issue I had and gave advise as to how to deal with the matter until my return.
Still getting exceptional care from this practice and the new dentist and hygienists has been a superb new addition to the practice.

I joined Christchurch dental practice at the beginning of the year after having some bad experiences at other practices and while suffering health anxiety I wanted to get my oral health back on track, I am a nervous patient but everyone at the practice were welcoming and easy to talk to. Visiting Ipswich, just one day before a holiday to Japan, on a Friday afternoon, I had a dental emergency when part of a tooth supporting a crown broke off. The exceptional and friendly receptionist found an appointment for me on the Saturday morning and Derek was able to carry out the necessary repair work in time for me to catch the flight later that afternoon. I was extremely impressed with the very professional and caring service provided and do not hesitate in recommending the Practice. Exemplary!

Recently started coming to the practice, has improved my overall view on visiting the dentist - they take time & care to explain every step of the way and always happy to answer any questions.
I Had an appointment today with Dr Ash for 2 filling on my front teeth & was pain free and done with photos of every step taken to review the work done after. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been attending this outstanding dental practice for many years. We always receive a warm welcome by name on arrival, and all members of staff provide a good balance of friendly and personal service whilst remaining efficient and professional.

My son-in-law recommended Derek and his team to me and I can see why. All of the staff have just the right mix of professionalism and friendly care. As a nervous patient I was greatly reassured by Derek's explanation of what my treatment entailed and I was given the opportunity to ask questions. The evening follow up call from Derek was much appreciated. The nearby parking arrangement is a great advantage too. I would certainly recommend the practice to family and friends.

This is a lovely practice. Very patient and kind when we are running late or kids are nervous. We travel for 2.5 hours to go there from Lincolnshire (used to live in Suffolk) and wouldn't go anywhere else!
