Understanding of my fears
Mentu was kind, understanding of my fears and informative. She patiently explained best practices and answered my many questions. Georgiana, the nurse, was lovely and put me at ease. Great team, thank you

Very professional and kind
Mentu Roy was very professional and kind. She put me at ease throughout the procedure. The dental nurse assisting was also professional and kind too.

Explained things to me properly

My best ever experience at a dentist. Anju was excellent, efficient, kind, thoughtful and very engaging. Georgina was also excellent and both made me very comfortable even though I had a procedure. The 2 receptionists were very helpful and service was excellent. I would absolutely recommend Gooseberry dental.

I was so glad to be able to join this practice yesterday as an NHS patient, and have a check-up with Anju and Becky. And then, today, I had my hygienist appointment with them too, as the regular person was ill. I have been very well looked after by all, including Reception - thank-you all!
