Always professional and courteous but it would be good if patients mobility was taken into account along with the many other questions they ask when you register because not everyone can manage stairs all of the time. Receptionists could then ask about mobility when booking appointments (as with other surgeries) rather than patients having to ask on a case by case basis.

A very calming approach
I received very friendly and professional service by all members of staff and also a very calming approach within the appointment! Extremely good and non-judgmental advice and was treated like an individual and not just another patient which is very welcoming due to being quite a nervous patient

As always my visits to Gooseberry Dental Surgery for both Check ups and Treatments are always great. In my opinion from the moment of walking through the door, I always feel at ease....especially recently they have installed. a TV screen playing tastefully, calming music. A brilliant mechanism for patients who fear having dental treatment
