Gooseberry Dental - Very pleased
I had my hygienist appointment which was carried out in a very professional manner, on time and offered good advice for ongoing mouth health. Very pleased. One issue - when you are booking you’re asked to pay a deposit but the receptionist always asked you to prove you paid it. Not sure why your system can’t tell you it’s paid and if you can’t book an appointment with the hygienist without a deposit, you know it’s paid. Other than that the whole experience is very good and highly recommended to all my friends

I'm 61 and have had great care from many excellent dentists all over the world, but none of them comes close to Dr Parker at Gooseberry dental, he is a true professional at the top of his game, very caring and an exceptionally nice person. He is much liked by the support staff there too, which tells you something. If you're lucky enough to have Dr Parker (and I'm sure the other dentists and hygienists at the practice) as your dentist, you'll never look back. Hygienist Yasmin is outstanding as well.

The dental practice Has a very good system of administration Reminders, And the Level of Care taken throughout the checkup, and any treatment is also very good and very thorough, far better than my last practice, Regarding other services I had already paid in full what I had received , but I was a bit surprised I was asked to pay a 60% deposit upfront for the next appointment, which was a bit unusual.
But generally, a very good service

Dr Anju was absolutely amazing, welcoming, reassuring, and the most important part she makes you feel calm in a place most people dread. The injections didn't even hurt! She advised me there is a technique to it and that further more told me she cares. I was on the chair for what felt like 5 mins to have a wisdom tooth extracted. Genuinely one of the most pleasant dentist visits I have had in my entire life, thank you Dr Anju very much.
