Friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend. Anju is an excellent dentist, always calm and reassuring. Shout out to Karina the dental nurse too. (Parking can be a bit of an issue...so arrive early!)

My first visit after going at least 5 years without seeing a dentist so was very nervous. That was soon put at ease with the lovely receptionists, dental assistant and Dentist!! All were so friendly, patient and understanding! No pressure on anything and no judgement! Would definitely recommend! Also now taking on NHS patients again

Great experience. I took my son in, he needed some work. The dentist (Dr Anju) was very kind and unjudgemental and talked to my son in a way he can understand. I also became a little unwell with my diabetes, and both the nurse and the dentist wanted to help me. It's always quick getting appointments too. Highly recommend

My experience
I am disappointed that my wisdom tooth could not be xrayed today as I was told the machine doesn't go back that far. I am experiencing pain in this tooth, as was advised prior to examination, that my only option is removal and I'd have to be referred for this. I feel this is disappointing as no real examination apart from tapping my tooth has taken place. I suppose I'll have to pay a private dentist to tell me the cause of the pain and go from there. Disappointing when I've always had such great experience at Gooseberry. The lady was very polite but I got the impression her hands were tied and her time was pressed. I feel sorry for nhs dentists and understand why people go private.

A temporary crown
I had a crown come off my tooth and was nervous, but everyone was friendly and helpful. The dentist explained to me what was happening at each stage and it made me feel at ease. Had a temporary crown put on and have to go back, but not as worried now, as staff are very nice.

Was running late and the practice were so understanding and accommodating. The most in depth dentist visit I’ve ever had, and I was made to feel very well informed, at ease, and that things could go at my pace, and not being treated as a timed slot. I am so pleased to have used this practice for the first time, the nicest experience I have ever had! Cannot recommend them enough.
