The staff are lovely and welcoming happy to have a laugh with and give you tips when needed I had filling done I didn't have to wait for long to be seen and done a prefect job didn't take long I would recommend going to gooseberry dental they will greek you in a friendly manner.

Excellent at putting us at ease
Sayeed is such a lovely person, excellent at putting both me and my daughter at ease. Never come out with a sore mouth after having a check up, unlike with some other dentists who leave me with bleeding gums!

Great staff
Fantastic, the nicest dentist I have ever met and very professional! Sayeed talked me through everything and solved my problem straight away with an emergency appointment.
The reception staff are also great, very helpful!

Appointment
This seems to be a problem, appointments always running late.I was asked to bring my appointment forward by 15 mins then I was about 20 mins late being seen. Parking is a nightmare.

Competent, friendly
Everyone from reception to treatment room staff were competent, friendly and seemed happy at work. I was especially impressed by the way that the receptionist patiently dealt with a lady with poor english who was struggling to understand the complexities of free NHS treatment being restricted to certain benefits. She covered the risk of being fined if found to have made an inaccurate declaration. Well done.
