My experience
Found today's treatment rather painful. I have not had as much discomfort before. Maybe my teeth have become more sensitive as being over 60 and had not had a scale polish since pre Covid. I do have high pain tolerance so let the hygienist carry on. He did explain everything and was polite and courteous. Maybe next visit could have some gel to help with this?

Attentive and super helpful
I had a filling fall out, they organised an appointment for the next day and reception was lovely! Dentist and his assistant were very attentive and super helpful. Couldn't have had a better experience

Emergency dental appointment
Gooseberry Ipswich gave me an emergency dental appointment as I have severe toothache. The staff there are very helpful and friendly, the dentist put me at ease and gave me relevant advice.
