Very welcoming
First visit. Very welcoming. Dentist had a chat before starting the check up.
Only down side was lack of parking which I understand is out of your control.

Son was booked in for the Monday afternoon, by coincidence on the Sunday I had an old crown come off, emailed first thing Monday to see if they could fit me after my son as I was going to be there already. Came straight back to me with appointment after my son. Sorted out my crown problem there and then no need to return for treatment. I also asked if we could both have our 6 monthly check ups at the same time as we had them booked at the beginning of next month and it would save us coming back, this was no problem also. It also saved me some money because the check up and treatment all fell into 1 banding which I hadn't considered but helped with the unexpected expense of dental treatment this month. Very grateful that they managed to get it all sorted, quickly and efficiently and cost effectively for me.
