Extraction
Difficult to rate tooth extraction, but Mr Parker was very pleasant and explained the procedure. Despite the initial injections, I felt comfortable and at ease.

Staff really helpful, especially the receptionist’Kate’ she has great customer skills.
Good overall service.
Parking is a nightmare, don’t count on parking, there is only one space. Give yourself time to walk from the car parks.

Excellent dentist
Very happy with my treatment and care.
Made to feel very comfortable and kept informed every step of the way.
He has been very understanding & considerate as I want to get everything done before my daughter's wedding.
I have every confidence in his dentistry skills and would recommend him as an excellent dentist.
He is supported with a great team of dental nurses and receptionists who are all very kind and go above and beyond to make patients experience a very good and positive experience.

Excellent
Reception staff are really helpful, welcoming and efficient. Mr Parker is equally friendly and welcoming but has also been able to provide very professional and I believe genuine advice regarding my dental needs. I have not yet needed any treatment as such but have every confidence that when the time comes it will be handled in the same manner. I am very happy.

Hygienist deposit?
Hi, I’ve been a patient at the surgery for a good few years. On my last visit a hygienist clean had gone up from £48 to £65 virtually overnight. Now you have introduced a deposit to put down for your next appointment? I haven’t ever missed a hygienist appointment why should I have to pay for the fact that others have? If a person misses an appointment at short notice then ask them for a deposit on their next visit & beyond. Don’t persecute reliable regular customers. Whilst I appreciate this comes off your next bill being asked to pay upfront whilst you are already paying full price means an initial outlay of £85. That’s a bit of a shock when it isn’t been communicated in advance & something I was reluctant to do today. No other issues to report. Overall happy with the customer service & care. Just this one issue has rather marred my experience today.

Thank you for your response and custom over the years. I have looked into this matter in great detail and have noticed that your last 3 visits have been at the same cost as you paid this visit. You paid £45.00 for a hygien appointment in 2019 with incremental increases every 2 years in line with inflation and material costs. I do not share your belief that a £20 increase over a 5 year period is a sudden increase. I would gladly invite you to discuss this matter further if you still feel that the price increase over a 5 year period is unjustified.

The reception was clean and bright, with two very happy and helpful receptionists. The dentist, Mr Parker, was very professional and explained perfectly what treatment was needed. Both he and his nurse were very friendly and made me feel at ease.

Lost filling & broken tooth which was very sharp, was seen within an hour of calling. Temp filling put in & sharp piece smoothed down. Going to have a crown made at a later date. Very helpful staff as always.

6 mth check-up
Went for 6 mth check-up, receptionist very friendly and polite. Rushdiyah carried out checks on my teeth and gave some advice and suggestions, friendly and caring as usual. I always feel at ease when I visit.

I came for my hygienist appointment and everyone from the people at reception, to the practitioner and her assistant were very professional.
Cleaning of my teeth was very thorough, considering it wasn't easy as I have braces. Very happy how my teeth feel.
