My visit today was for an annual check up. The atmosphere from entering the building throughout was positive, friendly, welcoming and cheerful. It is visible that improvements to the decor are a work in progress, but the ones that have already taken place make the surgery look fresh clean and functional. I noted that the new opening times show, Saturday opening which will be convenient to me, I had a couple of questions about my dental work, the dentist answered my questions with perfectly clear reassuring answers.
The rebranding and new name, marks a new era for the practice, and I hope it does well. I wish the new owners good luck. I've been registered at the practice for a long time but it's a very long time since it has been such a positive
experience.
