Everything was explained to me

Saw Mrs Parker and was given a chance to explain past history and concerns that had necessitated the visit. I was given a thorough examination, including X-rays, checking my upper jaw and teeth. I was included in the diagnosis and future treatment and was allowed to discuss options. Overall although no resolution was reached today I felt I was listened to, included and had everything explained to me.

Urgent treatment
