Phoned for emergency treatment and was given an appointment the same morning. Was seen promptly and tooth extracted with minimum fuss.

Had my second ever filling done (1st time i had a bad experience elsewhere) but anju and Melissa done a fantastic job, very gentle and reassuring throughout the procedure! Not so worried about future fillings after this experience, 5 stars 🙂

Dr Parker was very clear with explaining the treatment and made sure I was comfortable. Georgiana was brilliant, very friendly and had good energy. Lovely people!

I had a great experience with Dr. parker & Georgiana regarding gum cavity filling. In addition, i would say as i had an oral hygiene appointment with another doctors are also brilliant and procedure was really comfortable. Thank you very much team❤️

Excellent treatment, allowing me loads of time and attention and removing a tooth that needed removing without asking me to come back as I live quite away from Ipswich. Also the way I am made to feel at ease and given reassurance. Very friendly.

Never have to wait too long, easy to get appointments, and friendly dentists.

As usual the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The Dentist was absolutely brilliant and caring.

I’m a nervous patient and had an emergency appointment - wisdom tooth extraction there and then. Such a kind, caring dentist and staff.

Never like going to dentist but all the staff are lovely, helpful and explain in plain English

The 2 ladies at reception really helped me overcome my fear of dentists. But mostly the one without glasses for a personal connectivity. I came in as a 111 ref and was welcomed very politely, and seen in under 30 minutes. The younger lady (blonde with lashes) comforted my fear of dentists in such a professional manner, even extending me her kindness and telling me I'd be okay, it was a normal thing to fear the dentist and lots of people commonly have the same issue, even her being a dental receptionist. That made me feel a lot better about being there, also being a young woman with bright hair (mine is ridiculous! Black and purple!) it helped a lot for me to speak to someone who was so accepting and non judgemental of my situation. Same again for the lady with glasses and brown hair. Upon leaving and collecting my prescription, she was so kind and smiley, even wishing us (partner and I) a safe travel home. I am more than impressed with the reception staff, and even more so with the dentist and his practice nurse. He was so accommodating! Quick and efficient with my care, understanding my autism spectrum disorder and appreciating I couldn't get into the room without a tear or 2 shed before I was comfortably seated. The nurse in the room was also amazing, really helpful to show us up the stairs and welcomed us into the room with the dentist. Very quick typer and helped us get sorted and out in less than 10 minutes from call in to script and out the door! Couldn't be more impressed with the team and I had to mention all the admirable people I have seen today. It was a really great appointment, and I am even considering swapping from my local dentist because of the such posive experience i had there today. Thank you Goosebury Dental team, you rock!
