Great experience
Great experience. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees. I used to dread the dentist but I look forward to my check ups with Dr Tocca and trust him completely. Summer is very supportive of my long term oral health and has provided invaluable advice. Thank you.

Fantastic care
Outstanding, as usual. Dr Tocca always goes the extra mile and provides fantastic care. He recommended an electric toothbrush today, spending time on choosing the right one and explaining how exactly to use it. The hygienist did a thorough clean and explained what floss to use. I am so happy that after a long search I found this brilliant, kind, professional team. Thank you so much!

Clearly the options
I only had a check up today but, as always, Dr Tocca put me at ease. He explained clearly the options I have of upcoming treatment.
This is the first time I've met the Hygienist: Habiba Nasreen, she was very kind and gentle and I wouldn't be nervous of seeing her again.

Gentle and understanding
The best visit I have had at the dentist today! I felt Summer in particular was very patient, gentle and understanding with regards to dental hygiene and made me less nervous than I had felt previously.

Both hygienist and dentist give a good service and are polite and respectful. The practice does have a habit of cancelling and changing appointments which can be frustrating

Efficient and professional
We have just moved to the area and chose the Lighthouse practice after researching and reading reviews. The reception staff are polite and pleasant. The appointments were punctual.
Andrea and her assistant are absolutely lovely. Efficient and professional but with a genuine interest in the patient as a person. Informative feedback and advice from the appointment which was very thorough. So far, although it seems pricey after years as NHS patients, we are happy with our choice.
