After having a bad experience at another local NHS dentist I was anxious about my appointment however as soon as I arrived felt immediately at ease. Jade was extremely clear and explained everything that she was doing alongside what the previous dentist had done to my teeth as this was explained to me at the time. She spent time doing different tests to try and determine the source of my pain and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and that I was supported. My options were made available to me with next steps clearly outlined. I couldn't recommend more!

Hadn't been to a Dentist in almost 50 years but decided recently to bite the bullet (pardon the pun) and go.
It's not that I was scared of the Dentist, more so laziness as a youngster followed by embarrassment as I got older.
As well as my teeth undoubtedly needing some attention, at a time when we are encouraged to check our bodies for signs of cancer, I realised that oral checks were vital in spotting any early signs of mouth cancers.
The communication I received beforehand from the surgery was first class and when I was seen by Dr Tocca he constantly explained what he was doing and took time afterwards to explain a potential treatment plan using the X-Rays as a visual reference for me.
Felt completely at ease the whole time.

Emergency treatment

They were very understanding
I was late due to my taxi picking me up 35 minutes late. They were very understanding and although my dentist check up time had elapsed, I was seen by the hygienist and a fresh appointment made for the dentist. The reason I was late was obvious when I had to wait 40 minutes for a return taxi. I was allowed to wait in reception in the warm. No one could have been kinder, more considerate or polite, everyone I saw inclusive.

I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. As soon as you walk through the door the reception has a nice warm, calming effect. All staff from the dentists to the receptionists are polite and helpful. The actual building is clean and very hygienic.

A fabulous job
Broken my tooth during a Christmas luncheon. Call for a hopefully appointment and the front desk couldn’t be more helpful in finding a suitable day for me during this busy period. Dr Toca as usual did a fabulous job and now I can enjoy the rest of my holidays.
