I hate dentists, but I'm considering changing this due to the treatment I received at this practice, from walking in to leaving was a top notch service BUT everyone must meet Paddington the dog. Such a great member of staff well done Lighthouse.

From the moment I contacted Lighthouse I received an exceptional standard of service. Not being sure of what I required, I initially booked a consultation where Andrea and her assistant were both professional, helpful and informative. I was given a number of options and recommendations and never once felt I was being pushed towards the most expensive option. I eventually chose the recommended option and booked a return visit the following week where the treatment was carried out with care and great attention to detail. Overall I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience and would not hesitate to recommend the practice to any potential customers. Thank you!

Where do i start ? What a wonderful Dental Practice!
Today I chose to become a permanent patient with the Lighthouse guys after my emergency appointment here. They made me feel so comfortable and , I now have a clear plan on how to keep my teeth healthy moving forward!
I have always had anxiety about attending the dentist AND have only ever been when I've in pain and needing treatment. BUT after seeing Dr Ranson she gave me the confidence to sign up to a dental plan, I now can't wait to go back ha!
Amazing staff and great reception team , very welcoming and great communication towards patients.
Highly recommend! Thank you guys x

Had a routine appointment with Andrea today and was pretty anxious about it, but she was so kind and understanding and put me at ease! Followed by an appointment with Roberta the hygienist, she was also super friendly, explained everything as we went and made me feel at ease!

Dentistry has come a long way
Went in for treatment to replace a lost filling. Injection only hurt a tiny bit. Fast acting anaesthetic. Didnt feel any pain from drill. Whole procedure took 20 minutes. Anaesthetic starting wearing off by the time I got back to the car. Dentistry has come a long way! Won't be nervous next time.

Brilliant
I've been having a dental implant preparation for a year. Dr Tocca has been brilliant as there is a lot of bone healing before you get the implant fitted. I can finally say I had it fitted today and I am so pleased, it looks good, thank you all at Lighthouse Dentist.

I really dislike going to the dentist. I ought to take better care of my teeth so the hygienist often has more work to do than ideally they should. But these guys take as much of the pain out of the experience as they can. The most beautiful Bernedoodle (Paddy) in reception was a wonderful bonus. nice and central in town, too.
Update: been three times since and excellent service every time. Teeth have never been better.
