Our small independent practice operates under a notably limited NHS contract, which is one of the smallest in Suffolk. We place significant importance on seeing children under the NHS. We work with dentists from the hospital, and we have opened our practice on some Saturdays (dependent on dentists' availability) specifically to accommodate NHS dentistry. This ensures that even with our limited resources, we can provide essential dental care to young patients.

In addition to our practice operations, we are committed to community outreach. We do volunteer work in schools and nurseries because we are fully aware of the challenges in accessing dental care for children. These efforts are part of our dedication to promoting oral health and preventing dental issues from a young age. Additionally, our oral health educator offers sessions to children, further supporting our mission to improve dental health awareness and practices in our community.

We are deeply committed to patient care and never turn away patients experiencing pain or in need of emergency dental treatment.

However, recruiting dentists to our practice is a significant challenge due to the constraints of our small contract. Despite extensive advertising and appeals to the NHS for a larger contract, we have not yet achieved positive outcomes.

We genuinely hope you understand the limitations we face and extend our sincere gratitude for your patience and understanding. We appreciate your support as we navigate these challenges and strive to provide the best possible care for our patients.
