My appointment to see Roberta today exceeded my expectations. I was able to be seen ahead of schedule which was a pleasant surprise. Roberta did an excellent job with my teeth and kept me informed of what she was doing throughout.

Friendly team
Another hygienist and dentist visit done. The practice staff are always friendly and helpful, it puts you at ease straight away. The treatment received is always top notch, cannot think of a bad thing to say about the staff or service received. Keep up the good work.

Hygienist and check up
I had appointments for both hygienist and dentist. Roberta, hygienist, seems a lovely person and she made me feel at ease. She was very considerate as I had forgotten to wear my hearing aids. She is also very thorough with my hygiene review and treatment. I cannot fault her work.
Lighthouse Dental Practice is very good. It is a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing setting and appointments are prompt and professional.

Yesterday I visited Lighthouse Dental. I’m an extremely nervous patient that hasn’t been able to pluck up the courage to attend the dentist since I was a child, 20 years ago!
Doctor Tocca was kind, patient and understanding. He explained things well and didn’t rush me.
Jane and her therapy dog Paddington were absolutely lovely! It was great spending time with them in their garden/outdoor waiting area. Again, I wasn’t rushed. It was lovely to be made to feel so welcome.
I also saw the hygienist Summer, who explained things well.
I’d highly recommend visiting this dentist, especially if you’re nervous. I look forward to seeing Paddington again 🐶

I was early for my appointment and kept waiting longer than usual. Not a big problem!
Dr Tocca and his nurse were their usual friendly and efficient selves. The waiting room and surgery/premises were very clean and well presented.
