Today I met Paddington - a great therapy dog. I have high anxiety when visiting the dentist, but today that anxiety disappeared when I met Paddy in the garden before my appointment.
Andrea was lovely, explaining everything to me, and I can honestly say, for the first time ever, I actually enjoyed my dental appointment.

Always receive friendly and professional service. I feel safe and comfortable in their hands and trust them completely to make me feel at ease. An added bonus is Paddington the Bernedoodle who is so soooo friendly and loveable and is there chiefly as a type of therapy dog. He is quite large and fluffy and I would love to take him home. He really brought a smile to my visit and I look forward to seeing him again. If anyone is not used to dogs, don’t worry as he is behind reception and will only come out if you want to interact with him.What a wonderful idea to have such a beautiful canine to greet you!!!!!

Relaxed visit
Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist and the dentist was reassuring, friendly, patient and very professional, I can’t recommend them highly enough, thank you for making my visit so positive!
