Had my first visit today and I am so glad Lighthouse Dental Practice was recommended to me. I was super nervous on arrival but Jane was lovely and brought her gorgeous dog Paddington down to meet me and make me feel calmer. He was wonderful and I immediately felt so much better!
Andrea was great and explained everything really clearly, and even though I need to have some work done I feel confident that I will be in good hands and won't be anywhere near as nervous next time. Thank you all so much :)

Makes you feel so at ease

On entering the surgery I was welcomed by a member of your staff, she was very polite and welcoming, I feel so at ease in the surgery, all the staff are so welcoming and it makes my visit so much nicer. The reception area is so comfortable which makes you feel so at ease, and Jane made sure everything was ok. Thank you so much.

My first time here. I was anxious however they were so lovely and reassuring plus very professional and transparent. Dental plan put together and for me to take ownership of it. No pushy sales etc.

Outstanding service

Courteous, patient and understanding. Everything was explained in simple unambiguous language. I hate visiting the hygienist but Summer (the hygienist) was superb! The receptionist Jane was understanding and very efficient sorting out my future appointments. Should be rated 6 stars!

My daughter has been attending Lighthouse for her dental treatment for the last year and a half. She has a learning disability and she is always treated with kindness, respect and understanding. I relocated to Ipswich and was extremely apprehensive about finding a new dentist after a lifetime at my previous practice. I truly believe I have chosen the best dentist in town. The surgery is modern and well decorated, the dental and hygiene care is amazing and well priced for the service you receive and the staff work hard to make sure they can find appointment times that will suit you. Jane and Jasmine deserve a special mention for being friendly and precessional at all times and for putting you at ease. So glad that I am a Lighthouse patient!
