Treated with respect and compassion.
As always I was treated very well by all concerned. The receptionist was helpful, the hygienist was very good answering with helpfulness some questions I put to her. My mobile ran out of money and the receptionist kindly called a taxi and kept a lookout for it to arrive. I was then helped down the steps and into my taxi by the tall lady with short hair. I consider that as going above and beyond.

The practice is great
I need to be better at remembering names but the hygienists at lighthouse are great and are supportive when in the the process of the cleaning exercise, keep that up. The advice is always clear and I need to be more sensible in looking after my own teeth. The practice is great and give all the team (admin and medical pros) a pat on the back.

Broken crown
I needed an emergency appointment as I had a broken crown that was extremely uncomfortable. The receptionist was so lovely and really went out of her way to get me in on the day. My dentist is always so lovely and sorted the crown out easily and without any pain. I'm so grateful!

Recommend it to anyone
My first routine visit with dentist Andrea Margariti, today. She instantly made me feel at ease and explained what she was doing as well as what needed to be done in a very caring way.
I also had a hygienist visit with Roberta Coe who painstakingly cleaned my teeth manually as opposed to using the water system due to sensitivity.
I can’t praise this dental practice enough and would be happy to recommend it to anyone needing to find a dentist.
