Sensitive and understanding approach
I would like to say thank you for the recent treatment I received at Lighthouse Dental Practice.
I was offered professional but discerning attention in all aspects, and was kept informed of each step of my treatment and costs.
The treatment I needed was complex - my dentist was thorough and skilled - he spoke with a specialist colleague to ensure the best outcome was achieved for me.
I have overcome my longstanding, embedded fear of dental treatment due to the sensitive and understanding approach given by my dentist.

As always, my appointment was through. Dr Tocca explained everything he was doing and why. He gave me advice on how to continue my oral hygiene health and helped me understand how look after my sensitive tooth. All round good service as usual. My hygienist explained everything she was doing and gave me some advice on how to continue to have a good oral health routine. Everyone from the ladies on the reception to the assistants who helped Dr Tocca and the hygienist was welcoming and friendly. Thank you.
