I have just had a crown fitted over a cracked tooth, following the removal of a filling in that tooth and a new filling applied 2 weeks ago. Total of just under 3 hours in the chair after both appointments.
I cannot praise Michael enough for doing such a brilliant job. He took time to explain everything that he was doing every step of the way, and was so kind and patient throughout, constantly checking that I was ok.
I am not a nervous patient by nature, but these kind of procedures could be a little daunting for some. I have to say that I just felt completely safe and relaxed throughout. Special mentions to Michael's dental nurse and to the receotion staff too, always welcoming and helpful.
Total professionalism throughout the practice.

I saw Susan today who always puts you at ease.
Talks you through everything she is doing, she is always calm and this makes you feel comfortable when having a procedure.
Very understanding and her assistant was lovely as well

Outstanding experience
Best dentist around. Dr Hussam is an outstanding person and dentist. I am so comfortable with him and he makes you feel at ease. All reception staff and hygienists are also outstanding. Only issue is the parking, but that can’t be helped.

Great dental practice. It's always straightforward to get an appointment, my appointments are always on time, and the staff are all really professional, friendly and helpful. I know how hard it is to get an NHS dentist these days, so I feel really lucky to have such a good one.

An emergency appointment
I saw my regular dentist Michael Petersen today for an emergency appointment. I was experiencing warmth in my jaw and was anxious. Michael, as ever, was gentle and did all his tests. All looks well, thankfully. It's a great comfort to a nervous patient to be listened to and reassured
