Honour Health Jesmond

Our family have been using Honour Health Jesmond for a decade. We have always received professional treatments and all staff, from receptionists to hygienist, are all nice and friendly.

My previous experiences at the hygienist have been painful because I have very sensitive teeth. With this hygienist however, the experience was far less traumatic, because I had been carefully listened to and appropriate treatment was given and my comfort made certain.

Friendly and professional reception, telephone staff were very good. This was my first appointment with a different dentist, as it was at short notice due to a dental issue. He was polite, professional, as was the dental nurse, and very knowledgeable. He made a thorough examination of my teeth, gums, mouth, and jaw, and followed up with X-rays. He determined and explained the issues and provided treatment plans. In addition, Mike identified a potential issue with a wisdom tooth and pre-emptively set up a plan in place such it be required. Now the treatment plan is booked. My first impressions: Mike is an excellent and meticulous dentist!

I subsequently had my treatment appointment for a composite filling. The dentist was excellent. He explained the plan, the treatment was conducted with care and meticulousness, and he then showed images of the results. Excellent Dentist and Team !

I rang up and got an appointment quickly. The repair was done quickly and with friendly dentist.
I was able to get an appointment with my usual dentist to carry out a more permanent repair very easily ( due to a cancellation ).

Very thorough with initial assessment. Detected an irregular swelling which needed a hospital inspection. Prompt referral. Subsequent treatment was highly professional and listened to any questions and concerns with knowledgeable answers. Reception staff were also lucid and pleasant.

As on previous visits I was treated most courteously and, as far as I could see, efficiently. Not only was I informed about the current state of my dental health, but I was given advice about options for maintaining it, and for anticipating possible future problems and taking steps to deal with them.

A fruitful and informative discussion as to how to deal with a broken back tooth. Very satisfied with the meeting with Mr Danoya and I have full confidence in my treatment.

Full and thorough check of mouth, teeth and gums. Some cleaning of plaque on bottom teeth. Advice given on use of flossing. Great care and patience taken by Laura to manage my nervousness.

I needed urgent repair to my broken front tooth with my dentist. Although his diary was full I was in the chair within 5 days, which included a weekend. As usual an excellent invisible repair. Always great work by the team from the moment I called until I was discharged regardless of whether it’s routine or an emergency I’m safe in their hands.

Skilled and thorough dental care delivered promptly and efficiently. My dentist discusses options for treatment with me and enables me to feel involved in treatment decisions. The dental nurses are efficient and kind.

Replaced urgently by a temporary denture and to plan for other options including dental implant.

Had my first appointment with Sam and Charlotte. They immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. Sam explained everything really well to me and gave me great advice. I felt comfortable asking questions and they were answered professionally and fully. I’ve joined one of the health plans, which offers fantastic value for money. I would highly recommend Honour Health in Jesmond.
