Reception staff friendly and professional, place was very clean, dentists and dental assistants were friendly, professional and very experienced. I went as a private patient as there was no NHS places yet. The only thing that would put me off returning is the very expensive costs associated with this (just like other private dentists). However, the service itself was flawless. Thank you.

All the staff and clinicians are patient courteous and helpful. The dental treatment is first class. It was just my usual checkup and everything is good.

I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years now and I would highly recommend. I live in Gateshead and I wouldn’t go to any other dentist. I was able to get 2 emergency appointments very quickly in the space of 2 days. I was seen by Diane and then Gulshan, who were both excellent and understanding. The receptionists are always very helpful and excellent. Thank you.

Complete confidence in the team
On arrival I was nervous as always but the receptionist was friendly and immediately put me at ease with her friendly smile as she checked me in. Area was cool and clean. Andrew and his assistant put me at ease and I made me feel very welcome. The examination and X-ray was completed in a very professional way and the results explained very clearly. I had complete confidence in the team.

New gold crown
Very good professional advice and service. Old crown fell off and damaged tooth. Dentist advised very clearly on options and prepared groundwork for new crown. Temporary crown put in place when the new ordered. The new crown arrived but dentist was unhappy with the fit so ordered a further replacement. When my final appointment was cancelled due to emergency a new appointment was fitted in within 48 hours so I could be done before holiday.
