Check-ups, filling, tooth removal
Honour Health is great. All the staff are really friendly. Reception is very easily reachable, either by phone or email, and extremely pleasant.
The dentists are also very amicable, and genuinely seem to care. I have very poor teeth despite cleaning and flossing, and in the past I have felt judged by dentists at other practices. At Honour Health, I feel like the dentists want to work with me to help me look after my teeth and I've been offered some useful tips. I don't feel afraid to ask for advice. I had a tooth removal before Christmas and felt I got more specific after-care tips than I have previously at other dentists.
Waiting times can be quite long, but this does vary on a visit by visit basis (sometimes I've had no wait, and others I've had a 30 min wait). I am NHS and I do understand that this might increase the wait time. I don't feel my care is lesser in any other way.
All in all I've been very impressed with Honour Health and would definitely recommend.

I like the online reminder system a few days before the appointment which keeps me right and saves my time and the receptionists, off checking in on arrival.
The staff is professional and welcoming. The hygienist made me feel comfortable and gave me advice on flossing with a demonstration which was helpful.

Zoom whitening
I had an initial consultation for Zoom whitening, a preliminary appointment and a 2-hour treatment appointment with Andrew Barr. It was an extremely relaxed experience throughout. I found him knowledgeable, experienced and competent, he resolved a problem I had during treatment skilfully.
The nurse was pleasant and professional throughout.
The reception staff were helpful and pleasant.

I was enormously impressed
Your colleague who treated me ( my apologies for not getting his name) was highly professional, painstaking and proffered explanations for each step of the procedure. The surgery was almost free of any pain or discomfort. I was enormously impressed and, consequently, was disappointed to told that he is leaving the practice.

All my appointments have been easy to make and I’ve never had to wait long at my appointments. Having a bit of a phobia to dental treatment I have also been made to feel at ease in the seat.

Crown Removal
The staff are all very friendly and helpful and addressed me on first name terms and which settled me somewhat. The dentist I saw was great and put me at ease, and explained what he was going to do. I am not the best patient! He was warm and encouraging.

A dental practice l can trust
I am an extremely nervous patient, so much so that for certain treatments l have to have conscious sedation. I cannot praise HHJ enough for their patience and care in dealing with me. They take their time and explain every step they are taking. I cannot fault them. It has taken me years to find a dental practice l can trust and l wouldn’t go anywhere else. Friends l have recommended them to agree. Finally, a special thank you to Helen who handles my treatment, she is a star!

Great Service in the short time I’ve been a member
After years of neglecting dental care throughout Uni and succumbing to the fact that I would have to wait months to get accepted anywhere as an NHS patient, I contacted Honour Health Jesmond for private treatment.
Even prior to signing up to the Honour Health Club membership, their communication and transparency has been second to none, from the reception staff to the practitioners.
I have dealt primarily with Helen who has been extremely thorough in both executing my treatment, and laying out next steps to sort my teeth.
Quality service. Would highly recommend!
