A good dentist
Both hygienists and dentists are always polite and make me feel comfortable going for appointments. They always advise on better oral health but never in a patronising way you can tell they really are there to help. Recently started taking my 3 years old for regular 6 months check ups. He wasn't once scared. He knows why we going there and he is proud he has nice teeth and is happy to get them checked by the dentist who is always very nice. I always recommend you guys if anyone is asking me for a good dentist. Thank you

Andrew the dentist has a lovely approachable manner which is really appreciated by my children, yesterday my son had two extractions before commencing orthodontic treatment and he was able to have this done with minimal anxiety in Jesmond.

Another great experience. Had my biannual dental checkup with Dr Michael. He made some recommendations, but all looked good. Then to the hygenist. I'm sorry I don't remember her name, but she was excellent. So glad she cleans my teeth by hand and not with the machine. Very gentle, and gave good advice.
