Recent appointment
I would like to express my profound disappointment on my last visit to your clinic. I went for an Invisalign consultation (even thought that I’ve already been for one where prices and treatment plan has been discussed). During a very brief consultation the dentist told me that nothing had changed and we could proceed with the treatment. When I went to reception I was asked to sign a treatment plan. I then noticed that the price was different that was previously agreed (£400 more than the initially price). When I asked about this increase I was advised that the prices for this treatment had increased since my last consultation.
I’m upset with the fact that the dentist never mentioned to me this increase on the original price (£2550). It’s not right to add £400 on a treatment and not even bother to inform the patient.

I feel very confident in the care
The receptionist was dealing with a very difficult customer when we arrived. But she acknowledged us and apologised for the delay. The dentist Helen was very lovely and I feel very confident in the care that I received.

Outstanding service
I was lucky to be offered an emergency appointment within a few days and was met by a calming dentist who I had not met before. I’m extremely nervous and normally need sedation to have any work done. However I was put at ease and felt in control sufficiently enough to agree for extraction of a tooth. I trusted the dentist sufficiently to do this and I’m so pleased I did so. He was fantastic in every way. I would definitely book in with him again.

Thank you for looking after my smile
The hygienist gave sound advice as to where I might be going wrong when brushing my teeth. I will be using a battery operated toothbrush as well as my current toothbrush. My checkup was routine and a small cavity has been spotted before it gets worse. Thank you for looking after my smile!
