Immediately upon arrival, I waited a while for the receptionist to acknowledge me. There were 3 on duty, 2 were with a patient in front and the other one looking at her computer. However, after checking in I was immediately shown upstairs and both the assistant and dentist were extremely nice.

I was unsure how the appointment with my autistic son would go, but Farnam couldn’t have done a better job. He was so friendly and engaging with my son, and he put Jonah at ease enough to let him inspect his teeth. I was very impressed.

I felt I was well treated
I felt I was well treated at my recent appointment the Dental Nurse always made sure I was comfortable and relaxed during my visit, I was instructed how to floss properly which I have taken onboard.

I came to see Zaakia the hygienist for a scale and polish. I told her I was a bit nervous as I don’t like the sensation of the scaler. Zaakia took such care and asked throughout if I was ok. I was so happy with the results after the scale and polish (which removed a stain on one of my teeth that I didn’t think would ever go) I have already recommended the hygienist to my friends.

Following two terrible experiences with a previous dentist I have been left with terrible anxiety solely around this.
A broken tooth spured me to final join a waiting list but also be informed that I could book an emergency appointment by ringing the next day.A very helpful receptionist took my details and was able to give me an appointment that same day.
The anxiety I felt was slowly dissipated from the polite and helpful receptionist to the lovely dental assistant who came to collect me from the waiting room (Maria I think ).
My dentist was Farnam ,OMG what an absolute gem he immediately made me feel calm and reassured, he was kind and understanding and the best thing I didn't feel a thing.
Excellent experience ,fabulous staff at all levels ..Thank you
