Professional and supportive
I was really nervous about the examination and possible treatment necessary but Helen Collins made me feel at ease, explained my condition and talked through the options. I now feel a lot more confident about my dental issues both short and long term ! Reception staff great too.

Very pleased with outcome
Very pleased with outcome of recent appointment. Time in surgery prior to treatment minimal. Dentist explained appointment process prior to commencing treatment and worked closely with Dental Assistant during treatment. It was comforting to see efficient Anti Covid measures in place.

Root canal work
Andrew successfully treated a gum infection and saved a front tooth. The root canal work was clearly explained and at each visit I was reassured and felt Covid safe in the very clean and hygienic surgery. Andrew and Amy were very professional in their working practice.

An amazing experience and excellent results from Gulshan in the Jesmond practice. she's fantastic a very proffeisonal dentist caring, gentle making me feel very at ease. Being a CRPS patient terrified of needles and being in pain 247 with my health condition.My teeth are a transformation Gulshan has done wonders with them . I also visited Samantha the hygienist she is so gentle and very proffeisonal, caring and does a fantastic job of cleaning your teeth. The practice is spotless with high end equipment. All of the reception staff are very professional well trained in customer care and very orginised. I recommend this dental practice 100%. It's the best in the North East. A huge thank you to everyone that I have had the pleasure of being treated by. So looking forward to my next visit

Getting my smile back
Dental surgeon Gulshan Dhanoya has given me my smile back. I was one of these people who disliked dentist’s and over a long period of time ended up with missing and broken teeth.
After meeting Gulshan I felt that she genuinely cared about my well-being and put me at ease. Everything she was going to do was explained in detail and over a number of appointments I ended up with a smile again.
Once again thank you Gulshan and to all the staff at Honour Health.

Thank you very much for looking after me and making the operation seem really easy. I had this problem for many years and never thought seriously to do it but lately, I had serious problems.
