Very grateful for the treatment
I cannot thank and recommend Andrew Barr highly enough for the treatment I’ve received since January, when he identified the cause of two months’ pain I’d been experiencing in relation to a hairline crack in a tooth and resultant nerve pain at an emergency appointment. I have found him to be very friendly and personable whilst being highly professional and competent and always very clear and honest in explaining procedures and options. I have total confidence in him and am very grateful for the treatment I have received.

Long awaited check up
Nice dental practice, my appointment for a long overdue check up (Covid shielding) went as expected although I was told to wait outside pre appointment for some reason. Outside there are no seats and I’m disabled. I don’t feel there is any reason now not to be able to wait in the internal waiting room. I also thought I was booked for a scale and polish which the dentist didn’t do as it wasn’t needed apparently, I do have clean teeth I hope however I always have a scale and polish so didn’t leave feeling fully ‘satisfied’

Please do inform us on your next visit and we will ensure you are comfortable. Regarding your appointment - a dentist will carry out a scale and polish if they believe it is clinically necessary. First class dentistry
The new online check-in process works well after some initial teething problems. The reception staff are courteous and efficient. My dentist and his team are first class.

Good experience with the actual dentist, but reception staff very blunt when it came to paying. Wasnt made clear that I had to pay for treatment after the appointment, thought it might be at the end of the whole treatment. No excuse me Mr M or anything, just "that'll be £200" (possibly with a please, I cant remember tbh).

Visit to the hygienist
I never look forward to my visit to the dentist, who does? But Samantha and her assistant put me at ease, were kind, patient and caring. The procedure was nowhere as bad as I had imagined it would be, perhaps because of the skilful operation of the two professionals I was in the capable hands of.
